John Frieda Frizz-Ease products - Review!

Hi my friends!
Recently i received some products from John Frieda's Frizz-Ease range for me to try, and of course i jumped at the chance because i'm a huge fan of John Frieda anyway, but my budget doesn't always allow me to buy many of them because they are on the slightly higher end price scale of drugstore hair products.
And i must say, these products haven't disappointed me at all! First let's go through what i was sent;

I'll start with the shampoo because that's obviously the first thing i use when washing my hair! It's the Straight Ahead shampoo and firstly it smells like your classic John Frieda product, a clean smell that is really hard to describe but just smells like freshly washed hair! which is handy for a shampoo haha.
I always love buying anti-frizz, smoothing shampoos because i like my hair to look really smooth and shiny, i'm not one of those people who like second day hair, i love freshly washed hair and probably wash my hair too much because of this! But this is a really gentle, moisturising shampoo, a lot of shampoos basically do the same job and even though this isn't a lot different to many other shampoos i've used, it is a really good one and makes your hair feel super clean and smooth, and surprisingly gives it a lot of body, most smoothing shampoos lack in that department!
Next is the Smooth Start Hydrating conditioner, this is for extra-dry hair, which is perfect for me because i do give my hair a battering with dyes and heat styling!
This is a really thick, luxurious conditioner, i was worried it might be a bit heavy for my fine hair to handle everyday, but i needn't have worried because it's lovely! It's really light on the hair but still very hydrating, i use it only on the lengths of my hair because i never use conditioner on my roots, unless it's a intensive conditioner, and it makes my ends so shiny and smooth it's unbelievable! It feels like new hair, i'll be posting a picture later on in the post that really shows how shiny my hair is after i use these products.
And finally the old classic, Frizz-Ease Original Formula Hair Serum, i've used this before years ago and I didn't like it at all so i was really sceptical to use it again, but i don't know whether they've changed the formula or whether my hair has just changed but i really like it now!
I think maybe i was using too much before because now i just use a pea-sized amount on the very ends of my hair and it smooths them and makes my split ends look far less noticeable, whereas before it just made my hair claggy and greasy.

So as you can see i'm very impressed with the products, the shampoo is £5.59 and the conditioner is £5.89 on Boots online and the serum is £6.29, so they're not the cheapest products around so it's good to know they're not a waste of money and actually do what they promise to do!

Here's a couple of pictures taken of me when i'd used all of these products;
 As you can see, the flash has completely washed me out but it has made it really easy to see how shiny my hair was after using these products, i think it's worth spending a few more pounds on a decent brand like John Frieda for conditioners because they really do make the difference.

If you want to read more about these products, and all the other products from John Frieda then you can go on their website (John Frieda Frizz Ease), also you'll be happy to know that all three of these products i've talked about are currently on 3 for £10 at Boots! so definitely get involved, that's a great saving!
I hope this review was helpful, i think it's always nice to read reviews on products like this so you know you're not wasting your money.
Hope you're all having a lovely Monday night! I'm currently relaxing with my blanket, burning a Yankee candle (apple and pine needle) and waiting for Eastenders to start, a typical lazy Monday night!
TTFN!
