Sleek Sparkle 2 Eyeshadow Palette - Review!

Afternoon lovelies!
Yes, another eyeshadow palette review, i really need more than two eyes to use all these eyeshadows i own!
This is a utterly gorgeous palette, and not one i've heard much about here on the blogosphere, so i thought i'd do a post on it!
It's the I-Divine Sparkle 2 palette from Sleek!
As soon as i saw this i was in love with it, I was literally slack-jawed with awe when i opened it! But i couldn't justify buying yet another eyeshadow palette so i had to, heartbreakingly, put it back on the shelf.
But luckily for me Santa (AKA, my boyfriend) had noticed my instant love for the palette, and presented it to me along with all my other presents on Christmas day, he's a keeper isn't he :)

They all come in the signature matte black Sleek packaging, lovely when you first get it out of the box, until my grubby fingerprints get all over it haha.
I always throw away those useless foam applicators that come with them too and just use my own brushes, does anyone actually use them?!
Are you in love with these colours as much as i am?! This is the perfect palette to encourage me to wear brighter colours on my eyes, without them being TOO bright (Sleek Acid palette, i'm looking at you!) because i'm a bit of a coward when it comes to bright colours on my eyes.

 Drooooooool.
The second picture was taken after i'd swatched the eyeshadows which is why they don't look as neat as they do in the first picture!

From left to right - Chocolate Penny, Blue Spruce, Mulled Wine, Truffle, Mistletoe, Illusion.

From left to right - Festive, Gold Ribbon, Glitz & Glamour, Tinsel, Twinkle, Starry Night.
These are the most glittery eyeshadows i've ever seen in the flesh! And i'm such a sucker for glitter <3
My favourite colours have to be Mulled Wine, Mistletoe, Illusion and Festive, amazing colours and perfect for this season!
I haven't worn these eyeshadows really yet, only when i've been playing around with them, so i can't tell you  much about the wear of them, but Sleek eyeshadows are amazing quality, my Storm and Nude palette last all day on my eyes and are really easy to blend, and these shadows felt really buttery when i was swatching them on my arm, the really glittery shades were slightly more scratchy and less smooth, but nothing that would cause you discomfort or anything.
These palettes retail at £7.99, which is more than they used to be, sneaky Sleek upping their prices!
You can buy them at Superdrug stores, it's not online on the Superdrug website though (Superdrug website, sort it out!!) but you can buy it online at the Sleek website.

Would you buy this palette, or is it too much glitter for you?
Thanks for reading you beauties!

    1. Some of them leave me cold like the Acid palette, I wouldn't know how to use neon on my eyes haha but these darker shades are gorgeous!

  7. Brilliant review, with great swatches. I love Sleek palettes, but this looks a little too matte for me. I'm a shimmer girl, but still in awe of the gorgeous shades :)

    1. Yes, this is very glittery but not so much shimmery, you'd love the Stila In The Light palette I did a review on a couple of days ago, it's gorgeous shimmer!
