Hello pretty people!
Today I'm bringing you a review of my new favourite eyeshadow palette, theBalm Balm Jovi palette!
This review is coming at an appropriate time because I'm actually going to see Bon Jovi in Sunderland next week!!

I absolutely love the packaging! There's so much thought gone into the names and the design of it, theBalm packaging is really incomparable!
As you can see you get 12 eyeshadows, a mixture of mattes and shimmers, a highlighter (the world famous Mary Lou-Manizer!) and a blush (Frat Boy).

From L-R - Metal-Ica, Adagio, Blink 1982.
Metal-Ica is a amazing icy silver, Adagio is a completely matte nude colour and Blink 1982 is a pinky-brown with gold shimmer running through it.

From L-R - Iron Main-In, Allegro, The Stroke.
Iron Maid-In is a bronze-y warm gold, Allegro is a matte mid-brown with red undertones and The Stroke is a beautiful midnight blue with blue and silver shimmer shot through it.

From L-R - Lead Zeppelin, Moderato, rem.
Lead Zeppelin is an incredible khaki shimmer with lots of bronze running through it, Moderato is a dark purple matte and rem is a cool-toned lilac with silver glitter.

From L-R - Alice Copper, Presto, Third Eye Blinded.
Alice Copper is a burgundy copper colour, very akin to MAC's Cranberry eyeshadow, Presto is a straightforward matte brown and Third Eye Blinded is a beautiful shimmery pink-nude, perfect for highlighting the browbone and the inner corner of your eye.

The highlight is so gorgeous, I use this for under my browbone a lot too, it's great when blended all over the lid with a fluffy blending brush too, gives you a really polished look.
And I already own this blush but it's a gorgeous matte dusky peach-pink colour.

I'm never a massive fan of lip colours that you apply with a finger or a lip brush, I usually like straightforward lipsticks, but these are so creamy and nourishing and the colour is super pigmented!
Milly is a amazing dusky pink colour, perfect for a bold eye, and Vanilly (how epic are these names?!) is a blood red, and every girl needs one of those!!
These can also be used on the cheek, although I haven't yet used them for that purpose, but I think Milly would be especially pretty as a cream blush.

I also really like the way they've made this ''Top 4 looks'' bit on the bottom of the palette, it's a cool little addition and I will have to try some of these looks to see if they work together!

Isn't that just beautiful?
The texture of the shadows is great too, really pigmented and buttery with very minimal fall out.
This retails at £34 from FeelUnique.
I think it's really worth the money as you get so many different components with it, definitely more worth the money than a lot of palettes (Nars, I'm looking at you!).

Perfect for a girl, like me, who loves quirky packaging and who is obsessed with eyeshadow palettes, yes I should probably stop buying them as I own so many but hey, It's...My...LIFE! (Bon Jovi joke, it had to be done!).

TTFN!
