Superdrug Naturally Radiant Brightening Hot Cloth Cleanser - Review!

Hola!
I love a good high-end dupe, and as the Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish is so expensive it's always nice to find a good alternative.
I love the Superdrug Vitamin E Hot Cloth Cleanser, so when I saw that they were doing a different variety I just had to try it!
Everyone seems to be doing these hot cloth cleansers at the moment, they are my preferred method to take off my makeup because I have dry skin, and anything creamy and moisturising is always a bonus.

I love the packaging, the fresh green colours just scream ''clean!'' to me!
You get a muslin cloth with it also, it's not the best quality but it does soften up once it's been through the wash, and for £5.99 for both you can't complain!
Now to show you what it's like in action!

*WARNING*
This means makeup smeared and, much worse, makeup-LESS shots of me, brace yourselves.

This was me beforehand, lots of makeup on my face and dark eyeliner!

The consistency of this product is so thick and lovely! You just wet your face, and smear this all over it, including your eyes.

And THIS is the, frankly terrifying, results you get! It doesn't look like a good thing, but this is actually how this product is supposed to be used! haha.
It's a work in progress shall we say....

And finally, makeup-less! It did such an amazing job of taking away all that makeup with one sweep of my damp muslin cloth!
It didn't sting my eyes either, and left my skin silky smooth and so clean feeling.
For extra smooth skin, do a double cleanse! Basically, just repeat this whole process again.
Also it smells so lovely, a light fruity scent that's really uplifting.
I'd definitely recommend buying this product, especially if you had dry skin like me as it's so hydrating.

It currently retails for £5.99 at Superdrug online and Superdrug stores nationwide, but keep your eye open for offers because Superdrug are great at doing those on their own brand products!

Thanks for reading!!

  1. Oh this sounds lovely! I tried another one of super drugs own brand hot cloth cleansers but I wasn't too keen, it just didn't sit well with my skin type! Might have to try this one though! Xx
