L'Oreal Super Liner Blackbuster & Super Liner Brow Artist.

Hola girls!
Time for my second review on the eye products that L'Oreal sent me a few weeks ago! For the first part I reviewed their Gel-matic eyeliner pencil and the Super Liner Perfect Slim, link here, and now I'll be reviewing the L'Oreal Super Liner Blackbuster and the L'Oreal Super Liner Brow Artist!

The Super Liner Blackbuster has an extremely thick tip, I'm not quite sure what the concept was behind this felt tip style eyeliner but I find it virtually unworkable!
I'm not the best at eyeliner as it is but normally these felt tip liners make it a lot easier for me to get a nice, thin, even line on my lid, but the tip on this one makes it impossible for me to get anything but a super thick line! And I don't know about you, but I don't think a completely black eyelid is a good look!
I'll keep trying to use it but personally I don't see the point in it.

When I saw the Super Liner Brow Artist in amongst the goodies L'Oreal sent me I was very excited as I love a good brow product!
This is different to every other drugstore brow pencil I've used because it's double-ended and as well as the brow colour it has brow wax in a pencil form also!
Personally, I've never used wax on my brows before and they aren't particularly unruly so I don't see much difference after using it on my filled in brows, but maybe someone whose brows aren't as sparse as mine would see a difference!
As for the actual pencil, they sent me it in 03 brunette, which is a good colour for me as I like to have really bold, dark eyebrows!
This is how my brows looked after I'd filled them in with the pencil;
I know they look slightly uneven but, as I once heard someone say, my eyebrows are sisters, not twins!
I really like the colour, the pencil is quite stiff and not too waxy so you don't make a big mess when you're trying to fill in your eyebrows.
My only concern about this product is that you would only get half a pencil of brow colour, and the rest of it would be the wax half of the pencil, which makes it not very good value for money.

I tried so hard to thinly swatch the Blackbuster but it just wasn't happening haha but as you can see the eyebrow pencil is completely matte, which is good as you don't want shiny eyebrows!!

L'Oreal Super Liner Blackbuster is available from Boots and Superdrug stores nationwide, and on the Boots and Superdrug websites for £6.99.

L'Oreal Super Liner Brow Artist is available from Boots stores nationwide, and on the Boots website for £5.49.

Will you be picking up either of these products? Did you find this review helpful? Let me know!

    1. Yeah it is a odd product! I don't know why they've made it, because I've never been using a eyeliner and thought ''I was this eyeliner was thicker'' haha the opposite if anything!
      Thank you, I'm a new follower :D
