Yankee Candle Q3 2014 Scents.

Hello and welcome!
I've been working so much this past week that I haven't had a chance to do much blogging so I'm sitting down now to blast this post as I've been meaning to do it for a couple of weeks!
These are the newest Q3 scents from Yankee Candle in the UK, plus a special Halloween scent thrown in!

The enchanting allure of warm golden amber in the evening breeze with the added intrigue of patchouli and sandalwood.
The scents for Q3 2014 are a little bit different to the normal Autumn scents you'd expect, like pumpkin and foody scents.
Amber Moon is quite a musky scent, I think both men and women would like it, it smells sort of like a high-end mens cologne!

The soft, captivating radiance of this sweet perfume creates an invitingly warm, peaceful mood.
I'm not a huge fan of honey scents, but this one is ok, it is warm like it says in the scent description and reminds me of honey Jack Daniels, which is a favourite Christmas drink of mine.

A luxurious indulgence ... the lusciously rich, fruity aroma of wild figs carefully picked at the peak of perfection.
Fig is my least favourite scent for a candle, but it's very hip right now thanks to Jo Malone candles so I had to buy it to review for you guys.
It is a straight up fig scent, VERY strong so if strong scents give you headaches then don't get this one.
It smells quite unisex to me, I think a lot of men would like this scent as it's more of a ''manly'' fruit scent.

The brisk feeling of twilight air comes to life with the energy of sharp, bracing spice and a hint of sweet citrus.
This is a really odd scent, it smells like cinnamon but also has some citrus thrown in, but no ginger, so I'm not sure why it's called Ginger Dusk!
It has a touch of cleaning product smell about it, but that's probably just the citrus hints because lemon always reminds me of floor cleaner.

The scent of gooey toasted marshmallows is a haunting reminder of sharing spooky tales around a Halloween bonfire.
Now THIS is my kind of scent! All the other ones are a bit hit and miss for me, but this one is straight up gorgeous, sweet, marshmallow-ness!
It's so strong too, I only used half of the tart in my tart burner and it only took a few minutes for the scent to flood my kitchen.
I've tried the other Halloween scents (Witches Brew and Candy Corn) before and they didn't really amaze me, but Ghostly Treats is one I'll definitely be buying more of!
All of the Halloween scents have money off on the Yankee website at the moment (link here) so be sure to check them out, I've got my eye on the large jar Happy Halloween, a liquorice scented candle...come to mama!!
Toodles! x
