November YouBeauty Discovery Box.

Morning lovelies :)
Today I'm bringing you a review for the YouBeauty Discovery Box for November! This is the cheapest beauty box at only £6.95 including P+P and they do offer you some great things making it great value for money.
The concept of it is that it's a monthly subscription, and then on the 1st of every month at 7am they release all the choices of products you can put in your box for that month, and you get to pick two things from the given selection.
I try and get on the website and choose as close to 7am as I can get because some of the good stuff sells out quickly sometimes.
As well as the two things you pick, everyone also gets a few bonus samples thrown into their box too, so it's  a mix of things you've chosen and surprises which is the best of both worlds!

I forgot to take a picture of the actual box, but it's just a small cream box with the YouBeauty logo on the top, nothing flash.
I'll show you the samples I got first and then I'll move onto the things I chose.

Merumaya Melting Cleansing Balm & Iconic Youth Serum
Some little sachets of cleansing balm and a serum, you won't be able to really try the products out from these little sachets, you'll probably only get one use out of them but still, nice to have and you  never know, the cleanser might blow me away! I don't think the serum could do much from one use though.

Aduna Baobab Superfruit Powder
I've had a sample of Chia seeds before from a Birchbox and, I'll be honest, I didn't use it!
But I have been trying to eat more porridge in the morning lately to keep me energised throughout the day so I might just throw this in there one morning!

Bourjois Cream Blush in 01 Nude
This is the first product I picked to go in my box, I've heard tons of bloggers raving about these blushes so I was super excited to see this in the selection!
It's a really pretty colour too and I don't own anything like it, I think it would be great for a natural flush when I'm wearing quite heavy makeup.

Magnifibres Brush-On False Lashes
I was SO excited to see this as part of the selection! I've been curious about these lash fibre mascaras for ages but I've never got round to buying one, and this is one you can use with any mascara you already own.
Basically it's a mascara brush with what looks like cobwebs wrapped around it (little bit gross, but bear with me) and you put on one coat of your chosen mascara, then while it's still wet you put on a coat of these fibres, wait 30 seconds for them to dry and then apply another coat of your mascara.
I've used them a few times and I'm on the fence! I can't decide whether I love them or not...I'm leaning towards love though.
It's not as dramatic as false eyelashes so I think that name is a bit optimistic, but I think my lashes do look fuller when I use this and they don't go as clumpy as they would if I tried to achieve that level of fullness with mascara alone.

What do you think of the YBD box?
I think it's brilliant value, and this and the LookFantastic box are the two I will be sticking with for the foreseeable!
Bye! x
